No matter what your body type or history with exercise, YOU can experience a deeper connection with yourself through better physical alignment, greater synchronicity with your breathing, and the cultivation of deep relaxation. There are basic principles of alignment that greatly benefit your connective tissue and which restore optimal function to muscles, joints, circulatory and organ systems. In fact, we can say that yoga is not something you DO but an awareness you locate within yourself where you UNDO effects of stress, limitation, contraction and old habits of movement.
Jenni Fallein, R.N., M.Ed, holds credentials from Anusara Yoga and Yoga Alliance. She has studied with Karen Sprute Francovich at Garden Street Yoga and Martin Kirk-Yoga Therapy. She has practiced yoga for over forty years, and has taught yoga for thirty-six. She brings humor, accessiblity, compassion and innovation to her teaching. Individual or small group sessions available at Jenni’s home studio, or at your home (with a doctor’s referral). Her intention is to bring the student to a place of ease through effort with good postural alignment and to foster a consistent and transformative practice with any modifications that might be appropriate. Sessions are one hour and fifteen minutes.
